Welcome! My name is Lyndz Simpson Reblin, and I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona. With over 12 years of experience in the field, I am passionate about guiding individuals towards better mental health and a more fulfilling life.

I hold a master's degree in professional counseling, along with a postgraduate certification in forensic psychology. In addition, I am licensed by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health as both an LPC and a Clinical Supervisor.

Throughout my career, I have held various roles, including Director at a psychiatric crisis hospital and COO for an integrated healthcare company. My experiences in these positions inspired me to branch out and start my own practice, where I focus on providing personalized care to each of my clients.

My approach to therapy is holistic, recognizing and treating each person as a whole, rather than just focusing on a diagnosis. I specialize in a variety of areas, including trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and much more. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and sand tray therapy, and I incorporate techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Client-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and more.

I am deeply committed to helping others feel better and live their best lives. I enjoy working with my clients to provide a supportive and empathetic environment where they can thrive.

Hi there!

My name is Amberle Carroll, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). I began working towards my counseling degree at University of Texas of the Permian Basin where I graduated with a Bachelorette in Psychology in 2019. I continued from there onto graduating from Grand Canyon University with my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2023. I continued sharpening my counseling skills in areas of interest including Dungeons and Dragons and nerd-culture where I received my certification in Therapeutic Game Mastering in 2023.

I have been working in Arizona as a counselor for the past two years and have been telehealth for the past year as I continue learning and finding new avenues to grow as a person and as a counselor.

I enjoy working with teens and young adults through different, fluid interventions that work to help, primarily, depression, trauma, and anxiety as well as to form a confident and assertive individual. I also see adults up to age 65. I utilize interventions including Person-Centered therapy and Acceptance and Commitment therapy to help individuals have a large amount of direction in the therapeutic process as well as psychoeducation to teach coping mechanisms and self-awareness. I like to compare myself to a fairy godmother for, I believe that therapy is not forever, but I will be there to help when times are difficult. I also utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to encourage people to gain awareness and control over their thoughts and difficulties.

Through my short time of being a counselor, I have found it immensely rewarding to work with my clients and help them blossom. I am passionate in helping those who seek to put the puzzle pieces together, and I would love to be able to assist anyone who has difficulty in doing so. I believe everyone, like a dandelion, will grow in any and every situation with just a little help from someone who knows how to take care of them.
